Are your pieces handmade?
Yes. Every Cristical piece is made by hand. No two pieces are identical — slight variations are part of what makes each one yours.
What materials do you use?
Our jewellery is crafted from brass, finished with thick 18k gold plating, and set with carefully selected semi-precious gemstones.
Will the gold plating fade?
With proper care, our thick 18k gold plating is durable and long-lasting. We recommend following our Jewellery Care guide to maintain its finish.
Can I request a custom piece?
